Position Description/Overview:



Press Ganey has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director who's primary responsibilities are to drive revenue and growth in the defined territory.



Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The Regional Director is responsible for cross selling and up selling additional Press Ganey services to include all service lines, consulting, and education tools to existing Press Ganey clients.

  • These clients consist of hospitals, medical practices, and other facilities in order to protect and grow Press Ganey's market share and revenue.

  • This individual will be responsible for the retention of existing client revenue through developing outstanding relationships across all levels of the organization, especially within the executive suite.

  • The CRE will develop additional cross selling and up selling opportunities in order to build a sustainable and growing sales funnel capable of consistently achieving sales goals.

  • This individual will also be responsible for achieving consistent client retention and annual client satisfaction goals.

  • This position requires 60-80% travel in order to develop exceptionally strong relationships with existing client executives, to include C-level, Director and Departmental levels.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates will also have proven success in sales, customer service, and client relationship management with demonstrated expertise in presenting to the executive suite.

  • This position requires a high attention to detail with regards to lead tracking, PowerPoint slides, proposals/estimates, CRF's, transfer sheets, etc. and will have a great deal of personal contact with clients/prospects and departments within the company.

  • This individual must be able to work independently without supervision.

  • A minimum of three years sales experience gained in consulting services, clinical and financial healthcare services, and/or health care IT services.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required
